ex-business associates players take on the BTS Pro Series under a new tag

With Clinton “Fear” Loomis announcing his break from competitive
Dota 2, three of the five players from business associates moved forward together
to form Team Zero who are currently playing in the Beyond the Summit Pro Series
Season 3: Americas.

Clinton “Fear” Loomis, well-known Dota 2 celebrity and
winner of The International 2015 with Evil Geniuses, has been playing and
captaining business associates since their formation early in 2020. However,
with the lack of a Dota 2 Pro Circuit for what seems like it will be the remainder
of the year, the famed player confirmed yesterday that he would be taking a
break until the competitive season returned. In his post he concluded that three
of the former players from the ba roster were to move forward together, playing
under a new name – with those three players confirmed now too.

As the BTS Pro Series Season 3: Americas kicked off just two
days ago, we saw Team Zero kicking things off in a best-of-two group stage
series against CR4ZY – with the three ex-ba players featured on the squad. Jacky
“EternalEnvy” Mao, Jingjun “Sneyking” Wu and Braxton “Brax” Paulson joined
forces with two other players to play under the tag “Team Zero”.

 So far at the event,
Zero have drawn one series and lost another, with their scheduled next matchup
being beastcoast later today. The full Team Zero roster is currently:

  • Jacky “EternalEnvy” Mao
  • Eric “Ryoya” Dong
  • Braxton “Brax” Paulson
  • Jingjun “Sneyking” Wu
  • Sivatheeban “1437” Sivanthapillai

With that, it means that David “Moo” Hull is also without a
squad after ba basically disbands until a possible reuniting whenever the DPC
returns. You can catch Team Zero in action at the BTS Pro Series Season 3:
Americas for the next few weeks as they battle against some of the best NA and
SA teams and play for the $50,000 prize pool.
