Hannah Reid Joins ReKTGlobal as Chief People Officer

ReKTGlobal has appointed Hannah Reid as its chief people officer, effective immediately. Reid will be in charge of designing and implementing a human resource infrastructure and programs that will grow and promote a diversified workforce across its global organization’s owned and operated subsidiaries, including professional esports teams Rogue and the London Royal Ravens, as well as a multitude of acquired marketing services and technology businesses over the past 18 months.

As CPO, Reid joins the ranks of female c-level executives in the organization such as Anna Baumann, executive vice president esports; Cara Scharf, executive vice president of Media Services; and Amber Howard, head of talent at TalentX Gaming (TXG), the talent management company which partners with ReKTGlobal and is specifically built for gaming and esports athletes and streamers.

Before joiningReKTGlobal, Reid served as a human resources leader at VaynerX and served at the financial services startup, JDX Consulting, where she was involved in implementing people and operations functions for their New York office.

This appointment comes on the heels of ReKTGlobal’s $35M USD capital raise from Summit Partners in October 2020. This funding has allowed the company to onboard a number of key leadership roles in addition to Reid.
