Esports organization Panda Global continues its string of non-endemic hires, bringing aboard Anthony Delconte as director of YouTube channel management. The move highlights Panda’s recent focus on growth in the area of content creation.
Delconte previously served as manager of video & audience growth for CNBC, focused on its CNBC Digital vertical, holding that role for the last five years. He will be responsible for the operation, growth, and scaling up of Panda’s YouTube channels.
Delconte is the latest in a string of noteworthy hires for Panda. In February, former WWE sales exec Dave Riggs signed on as the company’s new sales and sponsorships strategist. Last year, Panda recruited former Cirque du Soleil merchandising director Terrence Turner to oversee its merchandising initiatives.
