XSET Co-Founder Clinton Sparks Joins Esports Technologies as Strategic Advisor

Global esports wagering company Esports Technologies has tapped XSET co-founder Clinton Sparks as a strategic advisor to help the company “amplify growth.” The announcement did not go into detail on what specific areas Sparks would advise the company.

Esports Technologies operates gogawi.com, a licensed online gambling platform offering “real money betting on esports events and professional sports.”

In addition to being a co-founder of esports organization XSET, Sparks is the owner of Get Familiar Radio, host of “WIN BIG with Clinton Sparks” on Twitch, and an award-winning hip hop producer and songwriter.

In December, Atari, Chuck E. Cheese, and Catalyst Technologies Venture Capital Group founder Nolan Bushnell joined the company in a similar advisory role, and at the same time, industry veterans Bart Barden and Jason Finch joined the company as chief operating officer and director of research and technology, respectively.

Recently, Sparks wrote an opinion piece for The Esports Observer titled, “From Poverty to Prosperity: How Gaming is the New Hip Hop.”
