Cyberpunk 2077 has recently reappeared on the PlayStation Store, just days after the release of a big new performance update.
CD Projekt’s open-world role-playing game was removed from sale after launching in an unfit state.
Microsoft, on the other hand, didn’t remove Cyberpunk 2077 from sale, but it did extend its refund policy.
Unfortunately, however, the extended refund policy is about to come to an end, as Microsoft reverts back to its normal system.
Microsoft’s standard refund policy will come back into play from July 6, so you’d better act fast if you’re hoping to get your money back.
The news was revealed on the Microsoft website, alongside an explanation of the new refund system going forward.
“The team at CD PROJEKT RED continues to work hard to improve the experience of Cyberpunk 2077 for Xbox players and has made a number of updates,” reads a Microsoft statement.
“Given these updates, Microsoft will be returning to our standard digital game refund policy for Cyberpunk 2077 on July 6 for both new and existing purchases.”
