EA Sports look set to announce a new FIFA 20 POTM award later today for the month of October 2019.
The Premier League player of the Month nominees have typically been announced on the first Friday of each month with the winner revealed the following Friday.
That Friday reveal announcement, should be coming today.
Voting for the next Premier League Player of the Month award closed some days ago, and it's only a matter of time before the league's best player in October is announced.
Usually, this is done via the official Premier League twitter accounts as they roam the country handing out awards to a whole variety of folk.
Of course, though, FIFA 20 players will be more keen to discover who is picked for the Premier League Player of the Month because as it means another POTM FUT card to collect.
The winner of the monthly award will receive a POTM award in-game, complete with a new purple FUT card and significantly improved stats.
Here are the FIFA 20 POTM September 2019 nominees below, you can see their current ratings, just above.
Jack Grealish (Aston Villa): Aston Villa’s captain was instrumental in two wins for the promoted side, scoring in a 5-1 victory at Norwich and getting a goal and an assist in a 2-1 success over Brighton.
Ikay Gundogan (Manchester City): The German impressed in the champions’ midfield, with a 94 per cent passing accuracy across the three matches and a goal in the 3-0 win versus Aston Villa.
Dean Henderson (Sheffield United): Sheffield United’s No 1 kept two clean sheets, including in a 1-0 triumph over Arsenal, and produced eight saves as the Blades stayed unbeaten in October
Youri Tielemans (Leicester City): The Belgian midfielder scored a superb winner against Burnley and produced a goal and an assist in Leicester City’s 9-0 victory at Southampton.
Jamie Vardy (Leicester City): Vardy also found the net against Burnley and scored a hat-trick in the record-breaking success at St Mary’s Stadium to lead the Golden Boot race with nine goals in the league campaign.
Willian (Chelsea): The Brazilian winger played all but 20 minutes of all three of Chelsea’s October wins, providing an assist against Southampton before scoring once and setting another goal up at Burnley.
