The next Premier League player of the Month nominees have been announced and fans of the game and league can now start casting their vote for who they want to see crowned as the best playing in November.
Voting for the next Premier League Player of the Month award opened this morning and in the running for November is Dele Alli, Raúl Jiménez, Sadio Mané, Lys Mousset, Son Heung-min, Çaglar Söyüncü and Jamie Vardy.
The winner of the monthly award will receive a POTM award in-game, complete with a new purple FUT card and significantly improved stats.
Here's a bit more info on each player and why they've been nominated for the monthly award in November
Dele Alli (Tottenham): Alli started the month with a goal in a draw at Everton before starring in José Mourinho’s first two PL matches at Spurs, with a further two goals and an assist
Raúl Jiménez (Wolves): The Mexican striker scored in all three of Wolves’ matches in November, getting the equaliser at Arsenal and both of their winning goals this month
Sadio Mané (Liverpool): Mané was instrumental as the leaders won all four matches, providing an assist and scoring the winner in a late comeback at Villa before finding the net in victories over Man City and Palace
Lys Mousset (Sheffield United): Mousset assisted all three of the Blades’ goals in the 3-0 success over Burnley, before scoring with a superb, long-distance strike in the 3-3 draw with Manchester United
Son Heung-min (Tottenham): Son produced attacking returns in all four matches in November. His two goals and four assists included setting up two strikes against AFC Bournemouth and scoring and assisting against West Ham.
Çaglar Söyüncü (Leicester City): Soyuncu was at the heart of a Leicester defence which did not concede a goal in November, keeping two clean sheets. He also scored the crucial opener in the 2-0 win at Crystal Palace.
Jamie Vardy (Leicester City): October’s EA SPORTS Player of the Month scored in all three of his November appearances, and also provided assists in the 2-0 successes against Arsenal and Brighton
Players can head to the Premier League website to cast their vote and we should see an announcement next Friday to declare the winners.
News of this new FIFA 20 POTM awards comes ahead of EA Sports possible release for the games yearly FIFA 20 Team of the Group Stage (TOTGS) Squad .
For those of you who are still getting to grips with FIFA Ultimate Team mode, the FUT Team of the Group Stage squad is pretty similar to the usual TOTW teams, consisting of a 23 players from various teams around the continent.
However, in this instance, It's strictly players who have performed well in the Champions League or Europa League group stages.
On Thursday EA Sports gave the biggest hint yet that the Team of the Group Stage was coming, simply by tweeting "Tomorrow" along with a collection of player positions and flags, teasing some of the potential players who could be included.
We're likely going to hear more about the new TOTGS squad, later today.
