Enchanted Treasure Maps are unique items in Guild Wars 2 that can be used to obtain the Enchanted Key used in the Treasure Hunter achievement. Prior to using an Enchanted Treasure Map, you will first need to find its four scraps scattered around Tyria.
In this guide, we are going to take a look at how to find the scraps of the Enchanted Treasure Map, as well as what to do with the completed map. First, let's go over the best locations to find each scrap needed.
Enchanted Map Scrap 1/4
The first Enchanted Map Scrap can be found within chests in Kryta, which consists of the following maps. We
- Queensdale
- Kessex Hills
- Gendarran Fields
- Harathi Hinterlands
The most efficient way to find the first map scrap is by completing Jumping Puzzles. Each of the maps above have one Jumping Puzzle that can be completed with a reward once a day.
Below, you can check out the location of each Jumping Puzzle for the areas listed above.

Enchanted Map Scrap 2/4
The second Enchanted Map Scrap is found within Ascalon, which consists of the following maps.
- Plains of Ashford
- Diessa Plateau
- Fields of Ruin
- Blazeridge Steppes
- Iron Marches
- Fireheart Rise
Similar to the first map scrap, you can find the second scrap quickly by completing Jumping Puzzles in each region. Below, you can find each Jumping Puzzle that has a chance to yield the second map scrap.

Next, we have the third Enchanted Map Scrap. This can be found within chests in the Maguuma Jungle, which consists of the following maps.
- Caledon Forest
- Metrica Province
- Brisban Wildlands
- Sparkfly Fen
- Mount Maelstrom

Enchanted Map Scrap 4/4
Lastly, we have the fourth Enchanted Map Scrap. This scrap can be found in the Shiverpeak Mountains, which consists of the following maps.
- Wayfarer Foothills
- Snowden Drifts
- Lornar's Pass
- Dredgehaunt Cliffs
- Timberline Falls
- Forstgorge Sound
Like the previous three scraps, you can quickly find this scrap by completing the following Jumping Puzzles.

Putting The Map Together
With all four Enchanted Map Scraps, you can combine them to make the completed Enchanted Treasure Map. Now, the map will guide you to visit Kryta (if you aren't already in this region).
Teleport to any of the marked locations on your map within Kryta.
You can receive multiple copies of the four scraps to put together another map. If you have already found the treasure, these additional maps cannot be used.
You can only use the map to obtain the Enchanted Key once.
Locating The Enchanted Key
Once you make it to Kryta, you will then be guided to go 'Somewhere In Lion's Arch'. Now, you just need to make your way to Lion's Arch and look back to your Enchanted Treasure Map once more.
The map will direct you to a point of interest in the city, where you can find the Enchanted Key. On the map above, you can see this location, near the Order of Whispers Headquarters.
After obtaining the Key, it will be added to your Treasure Hunter Item Collection, and you are done! Map scraps will now have no value to you, so you can toss or sell any additional copies that you receive. The scraps cannot be sold at the Trading Post, but you can sell them to NPC vendors to make some money.
