NBA 2K20 just dropped a brand new update for the game this evening, as confirmed by the official 2K20 Twitter account.
This is believed to be the v1.04 update to the game and it's not entirely clear how big this update actually is.
A lot of users on Reddit are reporting that the update is around 75 MB on XB1, but some PS4 users are seeing updates ranging from a tiny 125 MB update, up to whopping 20+GB sized updates too.
An official tweet from the 2K20 account explains some of the fixes rolled out this evening.
"Small patch update as we continue our efforts to improve 2K20
"Fixed the game hanging when attempting to leave the Neighborhood (via exiting to the main menu, playing your next NBA game, etc) after previously viewing the animation store"
Mike Wang, gameplay director, is normally fairly communititve when it comes to updates, so we're bound to hear more information soon on some of the latest changes shortly.
For now, the only confirmed changes are listed below as stated by updatecrazy.com, which isn't quite the same as full official patch notes, but for the time being it's all we got.
