PS Plus April free games UPDATE and new PS4 PlayStation Plus DEALS

New PS Plus April 2019 games will be announced by Sony PlayStation in just a few days.

But until that happens, fans can also take a look at some great PS4 game deals available right now on the PlayStation Store.

The new Plus titles will be revealed on Wednesday, March 27 and there are high hopes that Sony will include some AAA titles.

The tech giant has been on a winning streak in 2019 and is currently offering Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered and The Witness as free PS Plus downloads.

Sony has also released some top PlayStation deals which includes cracking discounts for all PS4 gamers.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider has seen a temporary price drop of 54%, with the current deal available until early April.

And while you don’t need an active PlayStation Plus account to get the bulk of this discount, it does enhance many of the current deals, driving down prices.

The new March Madness promotion allows for some great deals with or without PS Plus, with titles like Sniper Elite 4 and Tekken 7 included until April 3.

There are also a few other bargains worth checking out this week for PlayStation Plus users in the United States.

A current deal can be snapped up on Amazon that drops the price of a 12-month PS4 Plus subscription to $44.99.

It’s a good price for the service and is available as individual codes, meaning you could buy multiple packs if you think you will be playing into the future.

If you’re more excited about finding out what new PS Plus free games will be announced for April, you won’t have to wait much longer.

Sony usually reveals the news on the last Wednesday of the month, around 4:30pm in the afternoon. That would be UK time, meaning an even earlier reveal time for fans in the United States.

So far, there have been no hints or leaks suggesting what new games will be included for next month.

It should also be noted that Sony is hosting a live stream event tomorrow, March 25.

This will cover news regarding new PS4 games being released, as well as plans for PlayStation VR software.

The PlayStation Plus free games lineup was recently changed, with Sony removing PS3 and PS Vita titles from the roster.

No major PlayStation Plus announcement is expected but this would be the perfect event to confirm any other major changes being made to the subscription service.

The PlayStation ‘State of Play’ live stream is being hosted on official YouTube and Twitch channels at 9pm GMT, and will be well worth a watch.

It should also be noted that the PlayStation Plus subscription service offers extra cosmetic bonuses from time to time.

Right now, players can download a special Apex Legends pack, which includes two weapon camos for the Flatline & RE45, one character camo each for Gibraltar and Bloodhound and one banner each for both Gibraltar and Bloodhound.

There is also The Mirror of Discovery: Verdant Terran Sword Pack for Star Trek Online available on the PlayStation Store.
