Sony has finally shown off the first look at the next-generation of console gaming during its PS5 reveal event, where we also got a glimpse at the system’s divisive design. But during the dizzying conference, it might’ve been difficult to track which of the announced PlayStation 5 games is exclusive to the upcoming console or will eventually make its way to other platforms, namely the Xbox Series X.
So we’ve rounded up every game that was announced during the PS5 event to help you discern its exclusivity. Among the list, below, seven are full-console exclusives while 12 are timed. This means that, for some period of time, they will be unavailable on other consoles. It’s unclear how long these timed exclusives will last, as Sony nor the developers have clarified that yet. However, some–such as Grand Theft Auto V, NBA 2K21, and Resident Evil Village–have already been confirmed as coming to PC and Xbox Series X too.

Two titles in particular from the above list, Arkane Studios’ Deathloop and Tango Gameworks’ GhostWire: Tokyo, are a bit more confusing. They’ve only been confirmed for PS5 and PC at this point, but the specific language used–“console debut”–calls into question whether we might also see them on Xbox Series X at some point.
There’s still more information we don’t know about the PS5, such as pricing details and release date. Both of these key points will be disclosed at a later date, Sony said. For now, you can sign-up to be notified when pre-orders for PlayStation 5 go live, as the console is still on track to launch this holiday season.
