Brace yourself – it’s that time of year again where you wish you had an endless flow of cash.
Black Friday is almost upon us, with retailers already starting to slash their prices.
Black Friday 2019, the biggest shopping day of the year, falls on November 29.
But Steam, Valve’s video game digital distribution service, will be holding their much-anticipated sale a little earlier this year, according to a leak.
Steam sales are quite consistent, but Valve never reveal when the date will be upfront.
But now, thanks to the leak, we have a more clear idea of when the deals will drop.
When is the Steam Black Friday 2019 sale?
The Steam Black Friday sale, or the Autumn sale as they call it, is expected to kick off on Tuesday, November 26, according to Steam Database.
The Steam Database website and Twitter account @SteamDB has a good track-record of correctly predicting the sales.
They predict the seven-day sale will go live three days before Black Friday itself.
Keep in mind, Valve always holds the dates of Steam sales close to their chest.
So it’s best to take this information with a pinch of salt.
But as usual, the date is usually leaked in some form or another from unofficial Twitter accounts.
And the website www.whenisthenextsteamsale.com agrees with the November 26 date.
The website has a good track record when it comes to predicting the Steam sales.
On their website, it says: “Valve never announces Steam sale dates up front, but Steam sales return every year in a relatively stable frequency.
“Based on date from the last few years, the upcoming sale dates are predicted.”
The Steam deals and discounts usually go live at 6pm GMT, so prepare yourself for them.
