Watch Studio Trigger’s animated intro for Indivisible – it’s stupidly impressive

Do you have a taste for decent animation? What about stylish, slick, best-in-class anime visuals opening for fun, creative action games?

Well, it's a good day for you.

Ahead of its October 8 launch, the fully animated introduction for 505 Games’ and Lab Zero’s action-RPG platformer-hybrid game Indivisible, has been revealed.

Created by Studio Trigger (who you may recognise from its work on such highly-acclaimed titles such as Little Witch Academia or Kill la Kill), the animated intro takes players into a fantastical world to meet Ajna, a fearless girl with a rebellious streak.

Raised by her father on the outskirts of their rural town, Ajna’s life is thrown into chaos when her home is attacked, and a mysterious power awakens within her.

You can check out the sublime animation below.

There are many Incarnations to recruit, each with their own story and personality, just like, y'know, a fighting game roster…

By uniting people from faraway lands, Ajna will learn about herself, the world she inhabits, and most importantly, how to save it.

Indivisible releases for PC (via Steam), Xbox One, PS4 and Switch on October 8.
