The biggest digital sale of the holiday season, however, has long been the Steam Winter Sale, which is now underway. The sale began December 19 and ends January 2 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET, but until then, you can save big on all the best games of 2019, as well as the biggest hits from previous years.
When you buy a game in the Steam Winter Sale or complete Holiday Quests, you’ll earn Festivity Tokens, which can be spent in the Holiday Market. The Steam Holiday Market includes the Steam Winter Sale Coupon ($5 off your next purchase), new chat stickers, new chat room effects, and more.
